OUR PILLARS
Humility
Our second pillar, Humility, focuses on Goodness, Kindness and Gentleness in order to harness our girls’ sense of compassion, helping them to understand humility as a vehicle that drives our service to humanity.
Empowerment
Our third pillar, Empowerment, is all about the transference of positive energy through Love, Joy and Peace. Supporting our girls for the development of internal happiness and wholeness.
Strength
Our first pillar, Strength, focuses on Integrity, Patience and Self-Control as indicators of inner fortitude that project outwardly through our sense of social and self awareness, health and beauty and dedication to our college and career ambitions.
URBAN GIRLS AGAINST VIOLENCE
Urban Girls Against Violence is a SHE Sister created awareness raising campaign designed to
“amplify the voices of teen girls in response to community violence”.

SEL
We provide weekly character education courses to support social emotional learning through real world lenses.
COLLEGE AND CAREER
We provide College and Career Support through GPA counseling, SAT Resource Distribution, Career Advisory service from women in various industries, College Fairs and College Tours.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
We provide access to community service opportunities addressing the most pressing concerns of our local environments.

Our mission is to provide social emotional learning, college and career planning and community service opportunities to transform inner city teen girls into powerful community leaders of tomorrow.
DEI STATEMENT
The SHE Society Incorporated is committed to promoting and advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion for underrepresented and underserved black, brown and transgender teen girls.
We will advance the trajectory of our youth by providing mentorship, exposure to communal and extra-communal activities and college and career planning support.
At SHE we believe that through education, exposure, efficacy, effort and experiences we can help to diversify the American workforce with highly skilled and morally adept young women who see themselves as an integral part of the world community.
